Quote requests sent through the website are delivered to our email inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, and then held by our email provider (Google Gmail). Your information is therefore processed by FormSubmit, our email provider and our website hosting provider, who act on our behalf. FormSubmit may process data outside the UK. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless we are required to by law.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are sent through WhatsApp (provided by Meta) and are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. The WhatsApp buttons on this website are simple links: nothing is loaded from WhatsApp unless you click one.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. Photographs and form submissions are not stored on the website itself: they are sent directly to our inbox.
